Yes, but...: It can be dangerous, as you have to sample the amniotic fluid or do a chorionic villus sampling, both of which can predispose you to a leak or even miscarriage.  It is infinitely easier to do it after the infant is born.  Speak to your obstetrician about it.

But narrowing down & proving someone is by this means is unlikely.There are some companies that offer dna tests for this purpose & some states will require this method to identify dads for child support disputes.

DNA  more specific: Blood typing is rarely used in paternity work  now that dna studies are available. Dad's dna will have markers that are specific to him that show up in babies dna test regardless of babies blood type.

my rheum only ordered anti-dsna farr assay test (not other antibodies).  i have ana 1:640 & various clinical sx. does that mean she highly suspects lupus?

Probably yes: Lupus is widely variable in its severity and the most important single factor is that you already have a rheumatologist who you identify as your own. It is far more manageable than it was in the past, though it can still be very difficult; you'll need to become accustomed to feeling sicker than you appear, and others can be cruel or tactless.
