See your doctor: Recurrent headaches like  that are not normal.  It could be any number of things:  tmj, cluster headaches, migraine or  tension headaches or something else.  Your doctor will be able to help by better characterizing the pain (sharp vs. Dull, throbbing vs  steady, length of headache, exacerbating factors, etc).  Get it checked out.

i have been experiencing daily headaches with a brain freeze pinching on one side of my head, can these be cluster headaches?

Maybe, maybe not: Cluster headaches are time limited 15 min to 3h every other day up to 8 times/d in a cluster period sometimes for several weeks. Localized to temporal and orbital areas and often associated with facial swelling and feelings of restlessness and agitation. See your doctor who can refer you to a neurologist.

See a neurologist: Probably want to scan the head if the diagnosis is not obvious. In a young person without a history of trauma this may be a sign of low lying cerebellar tonsils (Chiari Malformation) or a problem with the cervical spine. Dizziness with sudden head turns is a fairly common complaint in the days and weeks following TBI. Avoid prolonged neck hyper-extension or maneuvers that exacerbate dizziness

what could cause a sudden spasm of my lower eyelid under 1 eye? it's not due to tiredness or stress as far as i know. also have had daily headaches.

Myokymia: most common causes of lid fluttering are stress, fatigue, caffeine intake, rarely eye strain or hyperthyroidism. Usually the problem is self limited and resolves spontaneously. Occasionally it may be a precursor of benign blepharospasm or other disorders that respond to Botox therapy.

very scared my new onset of daily headaches means i have a gbm although i had a clear head scan dec 2012. how long do gbm's take to develop? anxious

Headaches : There are numerous reasons for headaches, besides tumor such as gbm.  A normal scan (either contrast enhanced ct or mri) only 2 months ago is very reassuring that there is no tumor.  It is extremely unlikely for a symptomatic primary tumor to delvelop in only 2 months especially if the symptoms are similar to prior episodes.

i hit my head with the corner of a closet door a few weeks ago. the soreness of the hit area only lasted about 3 days. daily headaches started a few days after and i've been experiencing them ever since. can a small hit like this be serious?

Depends: 1. If you fell again or had a re-injury the concussion that you had at age 7 would be relevant.
2. If you had a period of time that you had no headaches than it is probably unrelated.
3. If it is affecting your daily life..Would recommend consulting with neurologist.

Crepitus: The "gerggly" sounds coming from the neck are likely crepitus--created when two rough surfaces in the body come into contact—for example, in osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis when the cartilage around joints has eroded away and the joint ends grind against one another. It can result from trauma or repetitive stress/sleeping position. With headaches, can be problematic. Seek referral w/ pcp.

can a herniated/bulging disc cause daily headaches?they're not migraines, but dull aches in my neck to my head,they're brief to.

It's not surprising: In fact, I can't recall a disc damage patient who didn't have headache. Discuss w/ your treatment provider for referral to proper therapist to strengthen muscles, etc. Legitimate Back Pain programs may exist in your area. I'm glad they're brief, but check out help. MRI is the gold: standard to diagnose brain disease and generally very safe; however sometimes contrast material is used, so make sure to inform all involved of any allergies that you may have. Daily headaches for 2 years needs ongoing evaluation and testing. I suggest a neurological consultation.
