I have been experiencing daily headaches with a brain freeze pinching on one side of my head, can these be cluster headaches?

Maybe, maybe not: Cluster headaches are time limited 15 min to 3h every other day up to 8 times/d in a cluster period sometimes for several weeks. Localized to temporal and orbital areas and often associated with facial swelling and feelings of restlessness and agitation. See your doctor who can refer you to a neurologist.
