Nutrition ?: Adding coconut oil and flax seed to your daily diet will have no effect from your age (46 ) or on the onset of menopause. Although the average for menopause is 54 or so, statistically, menses may not be regular over 40, as the ovaries require more stimulation to ovulate, which delays periods accordingly.

How about the drugs?: There is nothing you can add or subtract from diet to pass a drug test, except eliminating the drugs.  You don't need all that water, and it will cause a dilute urine which will automatically flunk the drug test.  This idea that we need lots of water is bogus; thirst is the best guide. We get all the water we need from our food (60% water), if your urine is dilute you are drinking too much.

Contradiction in: terms. Plant sterols are drugs of unproven usefulness, but you do not want to take other drugs of proven effectiveness! Given that you have diabetes, it is imperative that you control your blood lipids, if that requires taking statins, what is your objection?
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Q should be reversed: Shouls be "as i continue to do all the things to stay healthy, and treat my thyroid, is it ok to be on the HCG diet". That "diet" is so far down any list of successful wt loss & more imp effective long term maintenance of the wt lost, i find it diff to address the q as you asked it. Just know the % muscle u burn on hcg, is the amt of fat u will regain once u pass the wt u were at when u started.

Dietician: It would be advisable for you to have a one time consultation with a registered dietitian at your local hospital for a healthy diet and the proper amount of daily calories for you and your level of daily activities. Diabetics,for example, are advised to avoid all concentrated sweets and markedly reduce their starch intake. Most of their calories come from protein and healthy fat intake.

Medications for: Hairloss are pretty much limited to Minoxidil and propecia (finasteride).  I'm not aware of any dietary measures that have been scientifically proven to be helpful.

Severe gout : Should be evaluated by a doctor. One must realize gout can have effects on your heart and kidney and not only a big toe joint, elbow or pinnacle of ear flare up.
