Q should be reversed: Shouls be "as i continue to do all the things to stay healthy, and treat my thyroid, is it ok to be on the HCG diet". That "diet" is so far down any list of successful wt loss & more imp effective long term maintenance of the wt lost, i find it diff to address the q as you asked it. Just know the % muscle u burn on hcg, is the amt of fat u will regain once u pass the wt u were at when u started.
