Usually: Dermoid cysts contain mature tissues and include one or more of those tissues but not all are always present. It needs to be removed because it will not go away on it's own, could possibly grow larger or even twist upon itself resulting in the need for emergency surgery. If these cysts rupture and spill their contents into the abdomen, peritonitismay develop.

Immediately contact your General Dentist for an examination&gt;diagnosis&gt;treatment plan or referral. If your braces are involved, speak to your specialist Orthodontist. If you don't have one, fin$ one.

See primary: Make sure that thyroid is checked as that can affect hair and teeth .Also vitamen d stimulates hair follicles to grow so get that checked.Iron defiency can cause hair loss so get that checked.so go to primary and get a complete basic lab workup and physical.

Don't wait: Although 14 months is a bit late, it's not that unusual.  All children, whether they have teeth present or not, should see a Dentist by their 1st b'day.  Because of your son's special circumstances you should see a Pediatric Dental Specialist, a Pedodontist, for dento-facial growth and development supervision.  If he sees a Pediatrician he should also see a Pedodontist.

See your dentist: At 9 yrs old, missing teeth is a normal transition.  A dentist can do a complete exam and tell you if she was bone missing teeth.  If that is the case you may then want to see an endocrinologist for links with premature aging.

Involving the tongue and the hair, it is more likely systemic reaction to something in your environment. Does it occur in certain situations or certain places? Pinpointing the circumstances with a doctor will find the cause and treat it appropriately.
