Depends on tests: Which tests should be done for hormonal imbalance? For example, it is important to test for free testosterone and not just for total testosterone because it's the free form that causes symptoms. Also other hormones: dhea-s, androstenedione, fsh, lh, estradiol, progesterone, 17oh progesterone, prolactin, hg a1c. Tests to be done when off hormone pills x at least 1 month and on day 2-3 of cycle.

Skin problems: It's hard to tell what the bump is about without seeing it. There may be hair follicle infection, such as boil. If your hair is tugged and there's a lot of pain with it, your face may turn red due to pain chemical release causing your vessels to react. That's nothing to worry.

Warts: Human papilloma virus causes papillomas that can spread in the body.  If you have so many you should see your primary care and check your immune system and an HIV test.
