Yes: Most lesion on edge if lip are cold sores. They a vesicles(fluid filled bumps) that will rupture to open ulcers. However, you can have them in or near nose and other skin lesions. There are several other skin lesions from causes other than herpes virus. See dentist or dermatologist.

MOST LIKELY COLD SOR: The location and description is more suggestive of a cold sore.Having said that it is very difficult to say with certainty what it is without looking at it.If you are concerned about it get it checked by your doctor

Let it be: Leaving it alone is the best option. You may try warm fomentation. Do not try to pop it as that will only lead to a scar. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco or alcohol in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Don't take both: As the name implies, these drugs are chemically very similar and they have exactly the same activity against various problems, including acne. There is never a reason to take both; it would just increase the chance of side effects (like stomach upset, sensitivity to sunburn) without improving your acne. Speak with the doctor(s) who prescribed them and/or taking care of your acne.

Acne : Acne around the mouth in a 21 year old (female?) is quite common.  Typically, topical therapy is only partially effective.  I would recommend that you use a benzoyl peroxide cleanser and gel (like panoxyl which is otc) and also see a dermatologist who can possibly prescribe an oral antibiotic.  Some patients can improve with birth control pills as well.  If your acne is cystic in nature, there is a risk of scarring so i would recommend you get evaluated to reduce the chances of this. Many things: Herpes, mucocele or mucus cyst, precancerous lesions, Etc. Pimples, per se, Do not occur on the red part of the lip if that's what you're talking about. Your primary care doctor should probably have a look and maybe refer you to a plastic surgeon if necessary.
