Many things: Herpes, mucocele or mucus cyst, precancerous lesions, Etc. Pimples, per se, Do not occur on the red part of the lip if that's what you're talking about. Your primary care doctor should probably have a look and maybe refer you to a plastic surgeon if necessary.
