i had a 1.3cm pineal cyst found in may. lately had funny visual symptoms and head pressure. an opthamologist said the back of my eye looked normal. does that rule out increased intracranial pressure?

Probably: However, if  you continue to have headaches you should see the ophthalmologist again for a repeat exam and visual field testing. The only way to definitively rule out increased intracranial pressur is a lumbar puncture.

i had a non contrast mri would this have picked up a meningioma?

looking at images it seems as if my arachnoid cyst is in the location of one, quite worried because i am experiencing many of the symptoms.

widespread muscle / eye twitch, vibration?

Need more info: All imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests.

Unlikely: Most pineal cysts, if remain small, will cause no symptoms at all and are just an incidental finding on imaging.  Your multiple symptoms need to be assessed, as many situations could promote your problems.  Unlikely to be MS.

mri showed small pineal cyst and sinusitis ethnoid and mild mucus in frontal and sphenoid sinuses.symptoms left eye pain to eyebrow, cheek. can sinusitis cause this much pressure pain.or something else?

Yes: Sinus pain can be very painful around the eyes. Sometimes a warm moist cloth to the area can help. So can irrigation with Normal Saline and a netti pot. Decongestants like sudafed may be helpful, as may Mucinex (guaifenesin) to help thin the mucous so it can drain. Ask your doctor if you need to be on antibiotics (not always needed as many sinus problems are due to viruses or allergies).

ct & mri shows 11mm rght sphenoid sinus cyst. extreme right sided facial, head and neck pain, pain behind right eye, host of other symptoms. ent says cyst isnt my problem. gave me septoplasty, bone spur removal, turbinate reduction. symptms remained?

Get another opinion: If the surgery wasn’t helpful, you need to get to the answer somehow, what did this ENT say after you told them persistent pain still there ? Look elsewhere and find a reputable other ENT for a fresh opinion

See your eye doctor : You need to see your eye doctor, and have them evaluate the size, position, how long you've had it, and what type it is. They can discuss with you the best approach, and what's involved. Usually, it's an outpatient procedure, so you go home the same day.

Negotiate: Call an ophthalmologist and tell him/her your situation.  Many doctors will negotiate and work out payment plans.

Excision: A benign conjunctival cyst that causes associated irritation or is large enough to be bothersome, can be excised under local or topical anesthesia. I do these in my office under an operating microscope, and i generally have to place an absorbable suture to secure the wound.
