Ovarian cyst: There are many cysts/masses that can exist in the ovaries of a pregnanct patient.  Some are benign , some are dangerous. It depends really.

Ovarian cysts : Both ovarian cysts and "growths on the womb" can be treated with hormone suppression with birth control pills, if there are no contraindications.  Large ovarian cysts require ultrasound to clearly diagnose the size and complexity, and may require laparoscopic biopsy or removal.  Uterine growths are usually "fibroid tumors" , benign, but can require surgical removal.

Uterine cyst?: Cysts are usually ovarian and do not affect patients once pregnant unless extremely large. However, whenever the muscle of the uterus is cut to remove fibroids, unless well repaired and allowed to heal properly  can potentially produce a site of weakness that can spontaneously rupture in labor.

May not have: ovulated or ovulated later.  Cysts can interfere with ovulation,  check with your doctor to be sure.

May not have: ovulated, on schedule,  recheck pregnancy test,  cysts can delay or prevent regular ovulation, even with clomid. Discuss with your doctor

Many causes: Pain in the lower abdomen can be caused by many things besides the uterus and ovaries, other causes are intestinal, muscular, neurological, bladder, and stress. See a different doctor to evaluate for all of these things,

Yes: It may take 1-2 weeks for the abdominal cramping to resolve. If there is any cramping/pain "above the belly button", take prilosec otc 20mg daily for 2 weeks to reduce acid stimulation that can occur after ANY abdom insult like ovarian rupture. If cramping is "below belly button", should resolve by itself in 1-2wks and call your doctor if this persists or worsens after 1-2wks.
