I have pain in my lower abdomen. my one gp sent me for a scan and "the cysts will go away on their own". my other gp always tell me it is my womb and give me sti meds when no examination done. the pain won't go away since may 2016. what can i do?

Many causes: Pain in the lower abdomen can be caused by many things besides the uterus and ovaries, other causes are intestinal, muscular, neurological, bladder, and stress. See a different doctor to evaluate for all of these things,
