Who knows?: These are one of the minor mysteries of medicine. When they occur together at a young age, I've thought perhaps it's a minor variant at the genetic locus for polycystic kidney disease (which often features liver cysts). It's not worth even thinking about. Older folks get more kidney cysts because of vascular changes (maybe) and mutations (maybe). Or it could be dumb luck. Don't worry about it.

I would suggest seeing a Rheumatologist fresh, and let them perform a full history and physical and not just test. The probability of a severe disease with normal ESR and CRP is lower. They are nonspecific but can be increased in most rheumatological disease. See a good MD, a full exam and history

: I am confused and concerned. You told podiatrist about everything and he ignored   the problem?   Fungus toenails only hurt when ingrown nail. If you are having pain and the doctor ignored you , seek another podiatrist and get proper care
