Dysnomia: Antidepressants frequently cause word- finding difficulties. Lowering the dose can cause a risk of a depressive relapse. Also, in my experience lowering the dose does not often solve the problem.

You should have: some indication in 4-5 days. It depends on the reason for taking Cymbalta (duloxetine). (and the reason for cutting back on it). 
Watch for changes in muscle tone, pain tolerance and mood and comportment.

You are taking multiple pain medicines.  Changing the doses on your own may produce the adverse effects of one or more without obtaining benefits.
