Depends....: This question is difficult to answer without more information.  It is not considered abnormal to have to wake up to go to the toilet; this is actually very common.  This commonly occurs in both men and women as they age, but for different reasons.  Ask another question with more details including your age, gender, any other symptoms, &amp; has this been sudden change or occurred gradually.

Yes. It is calories.: Sounds good. One should choose an exercise he really enjoys. Any form of exercise burns calories, so if one does not eat or drink more calories than he is using during his exercise, then his body will burn up fat as fuel. However, if a person drinks a large orange juice (about 300 calories) while exercising, and exercises away only 200 calories, he will still gain fat even though he is exercising.

Possibly: You don't indicate if anything else is going on. Is the baby normal during the day, feeding well, without fever, etc. Also do not indicate who made the diagnosis of bronchitis and whether the cause was determined. A 9 month old should be evaluated by a pediatrician. Good luck and hope he is better soon.

i take100mg topamax (topiramate) for migraine with 200mg seroquel topamax (topiramate) cuts my appetite when waking up i can't fall asleep easier should i take topamax (topiramate) earlier?

Depends : If topamax (topiramate) is keeping you awake, it certainly can be taken earlier. If your are on seroquel xr, you should take it earlier ( by 3-4hours) so it peaks and makes you sleepy at bedtime. If it is regular release, take it 1/2 to 1 hour before bedtime. If you are driving in the evening you should not take your medications until you are ready for bed. If this does not help, consider melatonin.

: There are many other conditions, much more common that can cause headaches, Internet induced health related anxiety is an increasing reality. Would suggest starting with an exam with your doc in order to diagnose and treat properly your condition.

hello, i wake up, eat and then feel buzzed it comes and goes. i dont drink alcohol, my waking sugar level is 82, my blood sugar after food is 96 ish. i eat healthy and cut out sugar. sugar leads to feeling hypoglycemic after an hour. my bp is 123/78?

: Some people do get reactive hypoglycemia after eating concentrated sweets but you haven't documented that you experience it. Your sugar spikes up, your body releases insulin to lower the blood sugar but it keeps dropping &amp; goes too low after a few hours.  If you do have reactive hypoglycemia, the treatment is avoidance of concentrated sweets. Starches aren't as much of a problem, though.

Maybe, but unlikely: In the genital area, the main cause of several "cut like" sores is yeast infection, especially if there is more widespread itching or redness than just the sores themselves. Recurrent herpes (not the initial infection) sometimes appears like superficial cuts, but usually only one or two of them. Since you're obviously uncertain, see a doctor ASAP, within 1-2 days for accurate diagnosis.
