Groin Rash: Most rashes in the perineal or groin area are due to fungus.  The phrase that we grew up with is 'jock itch'.  There are several anti-fungal options over the counter. So, many of these rashes do not need prescriptions. But, if you are not getting better or have pain as well please get in to see a trusted medical advisor.

Itching rashes: Consider evaluation for diabetes, sometimes thigh rashes especially if on inner  thigh are due to yeast (fungus)which tends to overgrow in diabetics. May benefit from clotrimazole ( the vaginal form is over the counter)Alternatively could be  just fungal without diabetes, eczema, dermatitis reaction to environment, staph infection,.lyme, autoimmune. F/U w/doc/urgent care

this is sami, your patient in isotretinoin - second month. i used nair to remove hair in my hands and legs and got some red rashes and breaks, in my hands. any medicine/lotion i can apply to cure this skin break and rashes?

Emollient: Isotretinoin causes dry skin. After a shower rub in a ceramide cream such as Eucerin Eczema or Aveeno (oatmeal) Eczema.

Dermatologist: I suspect this is a form of eczema as a skin reaction to those foods and sugary drinks. A dermatologist could confirm the diagnosis and outline treatment measures for the skin eruption. In the meantime I assume you'll avoid these precipitating factors.

Chronic lymphedema: Your lymphatic system that drains fluids from various body parts was likely inflamed during the cellulitis.  The resulting leg swelling can take months to years to forever to completely resolve. Use compression hose, elevate leg as much as possible above level of heart and consider use of a compression machine or massage to reduce the fluid burden. Consult with a vascular surgeon may be helpful.
