Got rashes on the insides of both of my legs?

Lots of rash causes: Mary, your question is pretty broad. It would be helpful to know if the rash begins in the groin or is midway down inner thighs. It is also helpful to know if the rash is warm and tender. The most common causes of a rash where skin might rub against itself is irritation. For an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan please see a general practitioner or dermatologist.

Rash: This can't be diagnosed with the information that is available. A history, physical examination & other studies may be needed to determine cause/causes. Once accurately assessed a treatment plan can be developed.
