what could be the cause of a painful, swollen cubital (i believe) lymph node? i have no injuries, abrasions, cuts, etc.

Size?: If you dont have cat scratch disease or any point of entry on skin like a skin puncture on the hand or any part below the antecubital fossa then the concern is how large is the node and if there are others inside the chest, neck, axilla, groins etc. Lymphoma may sometimes be discovered by removing an enlarged peripheral lymph node.Go see your doctor or your oncologist.

why would my median cubital vein swollen the pain runs from my shoulder down to my fingers but the pain is more on the   fold of right arm

Swollen vein: For the vein to be swollen, it has to be pressed upon by another structure or contain a blood clot.. Since you're also experiencing discomfort at the fold of the arm, I'm concerned about phlebitis of that vein. Has the vein been traumatized in any way? I recommend consulting your physician or a vascular surgeon for evaluation,diagnosis and advice.

i have cubital tunnel. doctor prescribed steroid and b12 pills plus a brace for a few days. pinky and ring finger are a little swollen. is this normal?

Probably normal.: To reduce the swelling by raising the affected arm above your heart as often as possible during the first 72 hours after you get your brace. If if does not help call your doctor . The brace may be to tight.

i am having laser tattoo removal on the back of my neck. i had my first session two weeks ago , its healing very well however i noticed a round hard painful lump at the base of my skull back of neck. swollen lymph node??

: You are likely correct. Any disturbance of the skin surface as would be in tattoo removal may trigger enlargement of local nodes that can persist for a few weeks.

my upper gums and teeth are bleeding since one year and dr says it is normal my gums are sensitive and i am developing permanent swollen lymph nodes under my jaw that is movable. is this bleeding cause those swollen nodes?

: Bleeding gingiva = inflammation. Over the long run, inflammation can result in periodontal disease and loss of teeth. It may be wise to see a periodontist (gum specialist) in your area for a second opinion.

: Trauma to any tissue area can result in swelling. Leave it alone for a week or so and it should recover. If other problems arise a checkup would be needed.

: Kidney pain and swollen kidney can occur when a stone is stuck in the ureter which makes urine backing up in the kidney. However, you will have pain but less likely you can feel the swollen kidney.
You should go to ER if pain persists or get worse, especially if your urine changes in color.
Besides, you may have problem not related to the kidney at all so a physical exam in necessary.
