Mgt: A virtual appointment may be booked to upload the report for review. The findings may be caused by a number of conditions. Among these are infections, TB, malignancy.
A PET scan may be indicated.

You're prior cat scans would then need to be reviewed in order to come up with an intelligent diagnostic plan.  See your family doc or a pulmonologist.

Not if it isn't: changing over time. and small. large are likley cancer.
Most commonly associated with fungal infections (not active, previosu ones).
would expect a cancer to change in size and shape. 
Some shapes that are regular are not cancer (bulls eye circles of calcium).

Possibly: although most calcified Tyler lymph nodes are caused by benign conditions such as infections ( for example histoplasmosis, tuberculosis) or diseases such as sarcoidosis, silicosis, they occasionally can be caused by cancer. It should definitely be fully evaluated by a pulmonary specialist.

Probably not...: All non-calcified nodules can be cancer, but &gt;96% are not. The only way to prove its not cancer is watch it or take it out. For most, watching is best. Multiple nodules are less commonly cancer than a single one. Most people have some nodules in their lung. See an experienced chest physician (pulmonologist) and follow their advice. Most of all, if you worry about cancer, stop smoking!

Further investigation is needed. I suggest that you go back to the physician who ordered these tests and he may tell you what to do next.

Abnormal CT scan: The lymph nodes could be concerning for underlying pulmonary issues   ??? TB or other types of infections.   Why was the CT done??   -  I would circle back with whoever ordered the test  -   The pulm artery finding doesn't seem worrisome.    But the lymph node issue needs further investigation

Mediastinal Nodes: Yes definitely it should be repeated after you have had a full evaluation. ? Smoker.
