No risk, no worry: It is very unlikely the clinic reuses butterfly needles to draw blood. HIV probably can survive many hours in blood inside a needle. But because needles are not reused, this doesn't matter. As you probably know, medical care in Pakistan often is very sophisticated. But even in developing countries, HIV is rarely if ever caught by having blood drawn or by other needles or injections. No worries!

No effect: Another OCD driven question. This does not affect HIV test reliability. And obviously the clinic would not mislead you.  I think it's time for you to stop asking about such details of HIV testing or about your compulsive testing. You are unlikely to think of anything that will make a difference, and you can accurately predict the answer you will get. Get the counseling you need and move on.

No. : The amount you describe is negligible. Total blood volume is about 5600 ml in an average adult male, and 6 tubes if blood would be about 60 ml, just over 1%.  The amount is too small to have an impact.

ANS: This is not irrational fear in your part to the world or even in US.  I would recommend you ask that they open the needle in front of you. Or buy your own (brand new)  and ask them to use them.

Bad bruise: consistent with some blood leaking from the vein during the blood draw.  usually takes 4 or 5 days to resolve

No: Anemia is a condition when your hemoglobin is less than a normal range. Blood draw to check your hemoglobin level  needs to be done to check for the level accurately. Some clinical sign and symptom for instance- pale, feeling weak, fatigue, dizziness may give you hints or consideration that you may be anemic but they wont tell you for sure. See your md and have yourself checked.
