Alprostadil: Yikes! you're awfully young to need a nitrate like imdur. Coreg (carvedilol) can be safely used w/viagra and its competitors while nitrates are best avoided since combination can make you pass out, possibly die from overly low blood pressure. Luckily, alprostadil, either intracavernosal or intraurethral, is a great option to treat ed in men who need nitrates. Cream version is available in canada.

Skin damage: Long term use of topical steroid creams can cause skin damage (atrophy), particularly on areas with thin skin such as face. This is more pronounced with the stronger steroid creams. Always follow up with your doctor particularly if the rash is not improving.

Patience: Baby acne is a common and temporary  problem.It usually appears by age 2 weeks and disappears by 3 months. Keeping the skin clean is the major plan. If it persists after 3 months and or intensifies, some normal ace treatments can be beneficial, but the doc should look into unusual hormonal issues as a cause at that point.

What kind?: What sort of fungal infection are we talking about?  Jock itch and athlete's foot often take longer than 2 weeks to respond, and you can continue to use the antifungal cream as long as is necessary.  If it still does not clear, or you have a fungal infection of the nails or other areas of the body, an oral antifungal medication may be necessary.  That will have to be prescribed by your doctor.

Vaginal estrogen: Vaginal Estradiol takes at least a couple of weeks to change weak vaginal tissue back to a heathy resiliant vagina. I personally prefer to prescribe bio-identical Estradiol (some brand names are Estrace vaginal cream or vagifem vaginal tab or Estring (estradiol) vaginal ring) to restore vaginal health.

The cream that was: prescribed for you is a steroid cream. This isn't one of the typical acne treatments, so it may be coincidence, but it also may either be that it helped with the inflammatory part of your acne, or it may be that your "pimples" were not acne, but were a contact or seborrheic dermatitis.
