Only sometimes: Cashews are a very healthy food, high in antioxidants, with no cholesterol.  Some people have difficulty digesting cashews.  If you are among those, try either smaller portions or pieces or soaking the cashews before eating them.  That removes enzymes that may interfere with digestion.

Level Vit K intake: When you have achieved a good inr while taking warfarin, you want to keep your vitamin k (vitk) intake as level as possible. When you vary your intake, that is when your inr either goes too high (lower vitk intake) or too low (increased vitk intake). Peanuts, walnuts, and almonds have low vitk, so eating some won't drastically affect inr. Pine nuts and cashews are the highest for nuts (so limit).

Good taste: There is some nutritional benefit to the types of fat in nuts including almond and cashews. However, those fats are highly caloric and if you have a weight issue, you should adjust other caloric intake as these butters are higher in calories for a given volume than peanut butter.

Education: You will learn to read all labels and ingredients and look for tree nuts or cashews as ingredients or the disclaimer that says product was produced in a place that uses nuts, wheat, soy, etc. You will learn to ask a lot of questions!

Unlikely: Testicles come in different shapes. As long as they have good blood supply and produce sperm for reproduction, those are the important functions. If you feel an irregularity or swelling in your testicle, the best way to sort it out is by ultrasound. See your doctor and you can discuss the need for one. All the best.
