Unlikely: Testicles come in different shapes. As long as they have good blood supply and produce sperm for reproduction, those are the important functions. If you feel an irregularity or swelling in your testicle, the best way to sort it out is by ultrasound. See your doctor and you can discuss the need for one. All the best.
