Can be normal: Bleeding in early part of pregnancy is called threatened abortion, which means you have a 50% chance of miscarriage.  Assuming you have had some sort of exam or ultrasound showing your pregnancy was normal at some point, going to your doctor to hear the heartbeat can be reassuring and no special treatments are needed.

Risk of preterm labr: If you are having persistent cramping during your second trimester, you may be at risk for preterm labor. If cramping persists, occurs repeatedly, or is associated with decreased fetal movement, loss of fluid or vaginal bleeding--> you should go to your OB doctor or to the nearest ob-gyn triage. 
You can always call your ob-gyn doctor regarding your question. He may want you to come in.

Yes: Until ultrasound establishes the pregnancy is inside the uterus, any abdominal or pelvic pain could be a sign of an ectopic pregnancy. See your md as soon as possible to confirm that the pregnancy is inside the uterus..At 9 weeks, the ultrasound should definitely be able to confirm a pregnancy inside the uterus.. .Good luck !

Take a test: Don't guess. Take a test. In today's world you do not need to wonder if you are pregnant or not based on symptoms. Pregnancy tests are available at any pharmacy and in minutes you will have your answer. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.

: Assuming you mean you got a normal period after you had protected sex, the chance that you could be pregnant is extremely small. You can do a home pregnancy test if you would like additional reassurance.

Yes: Emergency contraception symptoms can include spotting or bleeding, changes in menstrual flow or your period may be late or early.  Take a home pregnancy test &amp; notify your GYN if your period is 7 or &gt; days late.

Possible: endometriosis, causing increasing pelvic pain. Discuss with your doctor.  Medications can help.

Bleeding: For the pregnancy question, there is a definite way to find out! For the STD question a PCP would be the best option to find out. But essentially, the tincture of time is best to answer these questions. I do wish I could be more of a help.

Post tube removal: many women have increased menstrual cramps after either the removal of a fallopian tube or sometimes even a tubal ligation.
