i've got chapped lips and cuts on their corners. the area is dark and cracked too. i also have a lot of discoloration on my face, especially me eyes.

Deficiency: Unless you have other chronic illnesses, this is likely vitamin C and/or B2 deficiency. I recommend a supplemental multivitamin and improving your diet with more fruits and vegetables (especially dark green like mustard, spinach, kale, collard) than meats. You should limit meats as much as possible anyway but particularly in your case.

Cold compress: You should apply cold compresses for 10 minutes if not better after 2 days, go see an ophthalmologist.

Red spot in eye: Sometimes a blood vessel in white part of eye beaks & makes a red spot (hemorrhage) that looks bad but usually isn't. Most resolve without tx. If pain accompanied the spot, see dr/eye specialist.

can facial cellulitis cause numbness and your skin to crack. if so why does it cause this. the area around my eyes well pretty much my whole face it feels really tight kind of. the skin around my mouth and my eyes are cracking and very painful?

i did refractive surgery for mild myopia - 2.0 on both eyes. given my cornea was thin trans prk was used. the bandage lens removed at day 4 and everything was fine. at day 6 the doc said there was a small crack at the epithelialisation, should i worr?
