should i be worried with a 365 cpk , normally it is 120, i started to left weights between blood test, 70 yrs old on  atorvastatin?

High CPK: With your increased CPK on statins, i would stop them and have you see your physician. Statins can cause muscle destruction leading to an elevated cpk. Tell your doctor if you have muscle pains or weakness. You and your physician may decide that you need an alternative therapy for your high cholesterol levels and may need to stop the statin.

54 years female ,regular blood test shows phosphatase alcaline 144u/i cpk 210u/i everything else is in normal .gp said not significant,why it is high?

Why the tests?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your alkaline phosphatase is normal, CPK is elevated, but it may be from muscular activity rather than disease.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Muscle injury?: Are you taking any medications like statins? Did you have any injury to muscles? You should consult your doctor who ordered the test as he likely has the information needed for proper interpretation of the results. All lab results need to be interpreted in the clinical context. If your kidneys are: ok at this point it is unlikely they will have a problem as your CPK reduces. Discuss your concerns with your health care provider who knows all the specifics of your case and renal function.

Find cause: You are going to be fine, but be sure you know why you had the rhabdomyolysis in the first place. I did this to myself by running 14 miles after having laid off all winter. I trust you are not doing cocaine. If you were taking a statin, re-evaluate. There are many other possibilities. Best wishes.

Muscle injury: Creatine kinase is present in all types of muscles: skeletal, heart and smooth muscles. Any injury to the muscles will raise the level of this enzyme. Some drugs, e.g., statin can also increase the level. The level cannot be too low.

No: To diagnose sle there are several criteria (at least 4 of them) that the patient must meet. C3 complement and CPK are not included in those criteria.

No: High C3 is not expected in lupus. More likely it could be normal or low. CPK is high in some connective tissue diseases such as poly myosotis, dermatomyositis, and overlap syndrome of myosotis and lupus. It most definitely is not low.
