Find cause: You are going to be fine, but be sure you know why you had the rhabdomyolysis in the first place. I did this to myself by running 14 miles after having laid off all winter. I trust you are not doing cocaine. If you were taking a statin, re-evaluate. There are many other possibilities. Best wishes.
