we went to kruger national park in dec..we did not sleep over in the park itself only went on a day drive, should i be worried about malaria as we did not take any prevention medication we stayed in hazyview.

Malaria prophylaxis: Malaria prophyaxis-chemoprevention is there for  before exposure ,but not for after exposure. Did you encounter any mosquito bites. If suspicion is there get your blood tested for the malarial parasite.

i was on depo lupron (leuprolide) for 3mnths which ended dec 2013.i wanna conceive. does that medication would interfere with conception now? my mens is normal now

NO: Assuming that you are not taking any other hormonal therapy, just proceed with your normal sex life- there should be no residual effect from the lupron (leuprolide).

excruciating pain like period pain without bleeding. i couldn't move for about 20min. this happened just after i peed. i'm currently on medication for bladder infection, also had d&c on the 10th dec. please help, what is happening to me?

Bladder infection.: Since you recently had a D &amp; C; you were probably catharized to empty your urinary bladder.  Increase four clear liquid intake.
You might try some cranberry juice.  I would empty your bladder as often as possible.  Probably would avoid a lot of carbohydrates.

i've just had an excruciating pain like period pain but without bleeding. this happened after i peed. i was laying down couldn't move for about 20min before the pain  got slightly better. i'm on bladder infection medication. had d&c on the 10th dec?

See your Dr.: Possible a kidney/ureter stone. They can occur when there are infectious material binding to calcium and oxalate crystals in your urine. Just to be sure, you should be seen by a Dr. Preferably one who knows your history or performed your D &amp; C. Could also be a complication from this.

: Ask your gynecologist to examine you because of your pelvic pain and missed periods. Rituximab or its biosimilar, ruxience, don't necessarily stop your menstrual cycle and women who don't want to become pregnant are advised to continue birth control while receiving these therapies. Is pregnancy possible? I assume you're on this therapy for autoimmune disorder and not malignancy.

1 year: Normal couples may take up to one year to conceive. If you are in a bigger hurry talk with a good obg or fertility specialist about medical help. Herbs, supplements, diets, and other stuff on the internet is nonsense and doesn't work.

Elevated TSH: Elevated TSH signifies a failing thyroid gland function sometimes it is slowing down but may come back for short spells you could go either way except if you seek pregnancy, have a voter or tpo is positive you need to have it followed at regular intervals i assume you have no symptoms of thyroid disease.

Nephrologist: You ought consult a kidney specialist to ascertain the cause and adjust your diet. Other treatment, if any, would depend on the cause of your kidney disorder.

Several options: It all depends on the location and severity of your disease. You also need blood work and a PPD (TB) test before certain meds can be used. Sometimes you may need high dose steroids depending on the severity of the disease. Please discuss with your GI doc.

Immune suppression: 1. 5-asa medications (sulfasalazine, asacol, (mesalamine) pentasa) may take the edge of symptoms, they do not adequately treat crohn's disease. 
2. Steroids work, but are only useful for short course because of side effects.
3. Azathioprine (imuran), 6-mp, Methotrexate are often effective, and reduce the need for steroids
4. Remicade, Humira are very effective at treating fistulas or severe crohn's.
