Impossible to say: It would be impossible to say because of the many intricate effects of foods and beverages on coumadin (warfarin). I recommend you let your prescribing doctor know that you are fasting. I am sure your doctor will want you to get your inr checked right after the fast (and maybe before.).

See MD: See the MD prescribing your Coumadin to make some adjustments over the next couple of days.  Also ask about switching to a novel anticoagulant that does not require monitoring and has less  risk of bleeding. Rest and no vigorous activities that may cause bleeding. Good luck.

Very : Likely due to your diet or other medicines. The biggest potential offender is antibiotics. Need to review all your medications and diet with your doctor.

Alcohol and warfarin: Yes there is no reason why you can not have a glass of wine or a beer on weekends if you are on warfarin.But your dose 10.75 seems, there is some error, either it is 10 or 7.5 mgm i suppose.But dose does not matter as it is based on pt and inr, blood tests.

Coumadin (warfarin) inhibits K: Herbs, dark leafy greens, broccoli, brussel sprouts, asparagus, cabbage and pickles all  contain high amounts of vitamin k.  These foods need to be eaten sparingly if you are on coumadin (warfarin).  To keep your pt/inr level stable, you need to have a consistent intake of vitamin k.

finished 6 months coumadin (warfarin).us was clear.wearing comp stockings still daily. should i take aspirin to prevent another dvt? what dose if so?

DVT: If your ultrasound is ok then you can stop coumadin (warfarin).Aspirin does not help in dvt.If you get this problem again then you would need work up for hypercoaguable state.
