Can i occasionally have a beer or glass or wine (say every friday or saturday) while on a 10.75 mg dose of warfarin/coumadin?

Alcohol and warfarin: Yes there is no reason why you can not have a glass of wine or a beer on weekends if you are on warfarin.But your dose 10.75 seems, there is some error, either it is 10 or 7.5 mgm i suppose.But dose does not matter as it is based on pt and inr, blood tests.

As long as it's one: Don't push it. One glass a week is probably ok.
