No, but most of them: Only a pathology review can tell if there are any signs of atypia in a meningioma. Most of them are perfectly benign; only rare meningioma show signs of possible cancer and or risk of recurrence. This can not be determined by means of ct scan which simply gives you an image of the tumor.

None Usually: None are prescribed unless the study includes contrast dye and the patient is allergic to contrast material. Then prednisone is given prior to the study. .

Short exam: Ct of the head is a short exam and most commonly done without IV contrast to look for major abnormalities such as masses and edema from large strokes.  Ct is the best exam in the acute setting to look for blood and skull fractures.

Ct kidney: Ct can diagnose numerous kidney/bladder abnormalities, for example tumors, stones, obstruction, anatomic anomalies, inflammation, scarring, and abnormalities of other intraabdominal structures.

CT will show both: Yes, a ct scan will show both organs, the pancreas and the colon.  Contrast material, such as oral or IV contrast may enhance the evaluation.  Ct is probably the best modality for pancreatic imaging.   For the colon: inflamatory conditions, diverticulosis, and large tumors will usually be easily seen with ct.  Small lesions such as polyps within the lumen are better seen with colonoscopy.
