Can't say: There is no way to tell how long a patient will be unconscious based on ct results. You just have to hope for the best.

Impossible: That is impossible to say with any certainty based on just a ct report. It depends on the cause, the specific infective organism, medical history, age, nutritional status, and medical care administered thus far.

Report will not help: How her brain looked at the time of the ct is much less important than her treatment. Your friend requires appropriate care for her medical condition. Her neurologic condition will depend on her diagnosis (disease or trauma) and how her body responds to both the cause of her symptoms and the treatment.
