Nope : If you took two pregnancy test a week apart thrn you're not pregnant. Pregnancy tests are accurate enough to detect the simple rise in beta HCG hormone. Consider starting birth control and preventing another pregnancy right after your last one. At age 19 two babies in a short period of time seems like a very hard life.

Accepted Answer

No, tests reliable: If the blood pregnancy test is negative, you are not pregnant.  I am not sure what you mean by a "heavy" uterus.  Perhaps a uterus with fibroids or adenomyosis?  Either way, these conditions do not mask the laboratory diagnosis of pregnancy.

Unlikely: With modern tests that are very accurate, pregnancy is unlikely. Seek other reasons and perhaps it would be a good idea to see an FP or GYN doctor. They will be able to examine you and determine if you need treatment. Certainly a birth control method would be helpful if you do not want to be pregnant right now. These methods really help control bleeding and cramping too.

Unlikely: doubt that you are pregnant. see your doctor to be evaluated for missed period.  unless you read the test incorrectly, you are not pregnant.

Trust the test: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate. They are the same tests used in a doctor's office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.  If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection.

Stop Testing: There are at least a dozen other reasons for a missed period.  You are not pregnant.  If your cycle does not start this second month then you will need to go see the gynecologist to figure out why you have stopped ovulating.

Need blood test: Its unlikely with 2 negative urine pregnancy tests that you are pregnant, but a blood pregnancy test is needed to definitively rule it out. If the blood test is negative, then other causes for missing a period should be explored, like not ovulating (anovulation)

Blood test: Might be a normal variation in your period. A blood test will be more accurate than home urine pregnancy test so you may want to get that.

Get a blood: Pregnancy test from your doctors office.  Though the urine pregnancy tests are pretty reliable, it sounds like you are worried, so check a blood pregnancy test.  That being said it is very unlikely that you are pregnant with Implanon in place.  It is a very effective form of birth control.  It is possible that the hormone in the Implanon is causing the symptoms that make you think you are pregnant.
