Nope : If you took two pregnancy test a week apart thrn you're not pregnant. Pregnancy tests are accurate enough to detect the simple rise in beta HCG hormone. Consider starting birth control and preventing another pregnancy right after your last one. At age 19 two babies in a short period of time seems like a very hard life.
