Get a blood: Pregnancy test from your doctors office. Though the urine pregnancy tests are pretty reliable, it sounds like you are worried, so check a blood pregnancy test. That being said it is very unlikely that you are pregnant with Implanon in place. It is a very effective form of birth control. It is possible that the hormone in the Implanon is causing the symptoms that make you think you are pregnant.
