Not unless: they elevated your blood sugar. But, they won't help you lose weight either once you stop them ( if prescription) or at all ( if OTC). Learn to eat less and exercise more.

NO: Not really- I have seen yeast infections when coconut oil was used as a sexual lubricant:not advisable.

Same thing: Thrush is a yeast infection - just of your mouth/mucous membranes. While use of antibiotics is one risk factor, many things can cause yeast to be over-abundant. We all have a mix of yeast and bacteria on our skin and mucous membranes. If this balance get changed for any reason - illness, stress, use of too much antibacterial cleaners - the yeast can take over. Get treatment for what you have.

: Both BV and vaginal yeast infections are very common, and therefore it isn't rare to have both at once. There may be no particular cause -- but anything that disrupts normal vaginal bacteria can trigger BV. If sexually active, get tested for common STIs like gonorrhea, chlamydia and trichomonas. Do not douche, an unnecessary and unhealthful practice that commonly results in BV.

Yes: Although their proximity is close, a vaginal yeast infection and a urinary tract infection are two separate infections and can occur simultaneously.

Possible causes: Yeast infections are due to a fungus called Candida which is normally found in the vagina. However, if there is a lack of healthy vaginal bacteria it can lead to overgrowth of yeast. Some causes of overgrowth: antibiotics, ^ estrogen (pregnancy or some birth control pills), malfunctioning immune system, diabetes mellitus as well as friction against vaginal tissues (intercourse) and douching.

Test: make sure you have acutal lab tests done to document the yeast and urinary infections. Unfortunately, many times a patient  just calls the doctor who calls in the medication when there has been no verification of the infection.  Otherwise, it is unlikely that these would affect your fertility. PID is an ascending infection into your uterus and pelvis.

Yeast infection: You do not say whether you have used anti-fungals in your treatment, either topically or orally. That is the best way to treat Candida vulvovaginitis. Iron is highly unlikely to have anything to do with this. If you persist despite this you may be being reinfected by your sexual partner and they could be treated as well. If still an issue make sure your immune system is intact. Good luck.
