Neither cranberry or nettle leaf have been shown to reduce/treat UTI's. Proper hygiene is important. The best thing you can do to find out what may be wrong down there would be to visit your local physician as soon as you can for a proper exam and workup.

Most such germs are common to the mouths of people, so no illness results. Brushing likely makes little difference. So, if you are not ill, don't worry about it.
