Translations: Prebiotics= stuff germs like to eat, I find this category silly since germs already do well on leftovers in the gut. Pro-biotics= seed colonies of germs known to be beneficial &amp; not cause problems. There presence crowds out bad germs/yeast. Post-biotics=never heard the term. A food diary can help you avoid stuff that leads to bloating as can some probiotics.

Treatment helps.: That is the curse of having health anxiety. Normal bodily sensations and abnormal bodily sensations all are perceived as signs of illness, making it very difficult for either the patient or the doctor to tell when the patient is actually sick (other than suffering the sickness of health anxiety). A person can teach himself which of his thoughts, his aches, his sniffles, etc., are normal events.

: There are many other ways to de-stress like games, TV. exercise meditation etc. Porn done daily can be addictive and gradually requires 'more'. Don't get involved with mumbo jumbo of your second sentence. In moderation both porn and masturbation, like anything else, are OK. Best iot is to find a partner then you wont need either. Good luck.

A few involve the domination of women under the term 'women's health issues' which includes aspects of pregnancy , birth control and abortion.  These issues and money issues enter health into the political arena.

All too common: While we are the richest country in the world and spend the most on health care, we are far from the healthiest. At least part of this is due to poor access to health care based on low socioeconomic status.  If you are like me and believe that health care is a right and not a privilege, then you have to look at countries that have solved this dilemma and re-build our healthcare delivery model.

Most of them: Many psychiatric problems can result  in disturbing the natural ability to get to sleep or stay asleep. Anxiety disorders can disrupt an individuals ability to relax and allow the natural sleep process to occur. Clinical depression also disrupts sleep and can shorten total sleep time. Even major situational stressors can disrupt our natural tendency to fall asleep. Take care of your mental health.
