Costochondritis: Costochondritis can take a long time to go away as breathing can cause irritation as the chest moves in/out. We generally don't recommend not breating so anti-inflammatory drugs are out usual treatment. Your other symptoms are a bit unusual. Discuss your course with your Doctor.

Try rib belt: For costochondritis! the GI problem needs a work up- were you checked for ulcer disease?--see your pcp.

: Probably anxiety and fatigue.  Costochondritis would cause discomfort by pressing on your sternum and to the side near the rib attachment.

See a cardiologist: Your symptoms are much more than explained by costochondritis. You need to get a bit detailed evaluation by a cardiologist before dismissing it as mere costochondritis.  Hope that you find answers to your problems soon.

I do not think so: The goals of treatment are to reduce inflammation and to control pain. To accomplish these goals, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agents (nsaids) are used, with Ibuprofen usually selected as the drug of choice. Additional treatment, moist heat, and steroid injection.Thank you.
