?: It is never normal to have an enlarged spleen. Has that been investigated? You don't list anything related to it in your conditions. That should be thoroughly investigated and the cause determined or the condition ruled out.

dull continuous ache under my jaw on the left side (could be gland or lymph node) & up toward my ear. duration of 3 days. should i get it checked out?

Get it checked: The most common cause for lower jaw ache is an abscessed tooth on the same side  When an infection progresses in a tooth , two things can happen. One, the infection can drain. Two, the infection can evolve. Lower teeth drain to the lymph nodes and in women to the breast. Infections can also evolve and become cancerous. .  Get checked.

knee injury 2 years ago x-rays show no fracture, dislocation or abnormality of soft tissue.  mri mild to normal still continue to feel dull ache pain?

Let me explain: You have done the MRI and were normal?
In this case we have two possibilities.
1-the pain coming from the knee itself, in this case most likely mild case of arthritis of some kind, i  would try Motrin for  a week if you feel better that your diagnosis.
2-if you did not feel better the in the knee coming from some place and we have were it is comming from.

Pain shoulder: Try some ibuprofen and ice to the shoulder. If you don't get relief see your doctor.

Don't worry too much: My guess is that you may have slept on it oddly if you woke up like that and it may take a day or two for the muscles in your upper arm to calm down again.If it's really bothering you you can try some ibuprofen for pain relief and for any inflammation that may be going on and try heat on it as well to see if that helps.If still hurting in a few days, see your doc to see if they have other ideas.

Chest pain: Unclear from description where your pain is located;if persistent Id suggest a good physical exam for starting to diagnose prognose and manage your symptoms;at your age demographic a serious organic pathology is unlikely

See your doctor: These types of symptoms need to be augmented with a physical examinations and perhaps a chest x-ray.  Talk with your doctor.

More info: I'm not aware of any conditions that produce aching throughout the whole body as most problems are localized to more specific areas to allow a differential diagnosis. See if you can localize your symptoms.

Very general.: Your question is very general. As a result the response can only be general. Lateral torso pain can be the result of  conditions impacting internal organs or it may be musculoskeletal in nature. These are not the only possibilities.

Back pain: If the pain is in the thoracic area, an MRI would be quite helpful.
Any other area of the spine, including lumbar spine area should also be explored.
