Don't worry too much: My guess is that you may have slept on it oddly if you woke up like that and it may take a day or two for the muscles in your upper arm to calm down again.If it's really bothering you you can try some ibuprofen for pain relief and for any inflammation that may be going on and try heat on it as well to see if that helps.If still hurting in a few days, see your doc to see if they have other ideas.
