Refocus!: Ocd thoughts are so intrusive, so demanding. It is almost as if someone else takes over your mind. Take your mind back! focus on meaningful activities, things that make you feel good. Recognize that these thoughts are just words floating around in your head. Imagine an "off" switch that you can press to turn them off. Don't let your body become victim to your mental distress.

Go for it!: You are likely to suffer more if you don't get help. Recommend that you see a therapist who can provide you with cognitive behavioral therapy. This can be treated.

HPV ?'s: If you have documented HPV orally, it is likely that this very contagious virus is also present in the genital area.  The interchange between oral and genital spread is so frequent, and not always with attention to hand washing.  If you experience sores in the genital area , see your gyn physician for an exam and other testing.

HPV: I don't know what "contamination ocd" stands for, but I seriously doubt that HPV can be transmitted from uvula (your GP can better explain how HPV got to the uvula) to your  genitalia.  I would consider a lab error and stop worrying.
