Diet and fluids: A diet with about 20-25 grams of fiber, 80 -100 ounces non alcoholic, non caffeine fluid per day. Add 20 additional oz per 30 minutes of strenous excercise, and 20 oz per hour in an airplane. Also add more fluids when taking cholesterol meds, antihistamines, antidepressants, and narcotics.

Pressure!: In a nutshell--constipation is often described by patients as straining to have bm's. Pushing increases venous engorgement, and as hemorrhoids are ' a bag' of blood vessels, they swell. Repeated straining over time weakens their attachments to the walls of your rectum, allowing them  to protrude and thus bleed, hurt, clot and otherwise cause the problems people call hemorrhoids!

Pregnancy problems: Unfortunately these are common pregnancy related symptoms. The management would include increasing fluid, fruit and fibre intake. Add some form of exercise to increase cardio. This will reduce the constipation. The haemorrhoids may need a local topical cream and also remember to try and lie down and rest when you can. This will reduce pressure on the haemorrhoids.

Anemia: At your age, the blood loss from hemorrhoids, in additional to menstrual blood loss would predispose your to getting iron deficiency anemia. When you see your doctor discuss it with her/him.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Severe constipation: Above symptoms should be further investigated with your primary care physician and the need for further tests such as colonoscopy questioned in this context. Proper hydration, proper diet and physical exercise along with daily stool softeners are also recommended.

Colonoscopy: I think a colonoscopy would yield more information. Also you need to get your bowel health in order. Start taking a fiber supplement like metamucil, 2-3 times per day, and get more fluid.

Gastritis &amp; Colitis: You need your GP; gastroenterologists and Gynea in that order. Important to change diet  and habits that may be impacting on lifestyle and bowel functioning. May require blood tests; abdominal ultrasound; stool tests; and a gastroscope to view the inside of your tummy and potentially a colonoscopy for your colon.

Depends: If you get side effects, you get them.  Every patient is different.  If you aren't already, you should be on fiber supplements 2-3 times a day, plenty of fluids (apple juice is wonderful) and lots of fruit and veggies.  Use vaseline down below.  If you still struggle, you have to weight the benefit of the medicine vs the problems it causes. Many have stopped Amitriptyline due to the contstipation.

Duphulac: Mild side effects may include gas, bloating, nausea, stomach rumbling (borborygmi), cramps. More severe side effects that should be reported to doc may include diarrhea, vomiting, muscle cramps, irregular heartbeat, seizures. Any medicine can cause allergic reaction: seek help immediately if get rash, hives, swelling of face/ tongue/throat, severe dizziness, difficulty breathing.
