Emollients & Pads: Corns are a body's way of responding to constant pressure over a bony area. Therefore, shoe modifications like gel and foam pads are great. Wider shoes with an added bit of emollients like vit a & d oint. Finally, surgery to remove the bony prominence.

i recently just started running again and i keep getting corns on my outer pinky toe on the left foot. always happens to the same foot in the same spot. besides buying looser shoes is there anything else i can do to help prevent this issue?

Corn pad: You may apply a corn pad, available over the counter,  to the site to prevent friction.
You may also use sallicylic acid cream to soften the lesion and scrap the excess tissue.

i've had a constant twitch in my anus for 9 days and my right pinky toe for 3 days. theres no pain or itching but its annoying. i don't drink caffeine?

Twitching: All muscles work via ion channels, and your levels of Calcium, Sodium, Potassium, and Chloride.  You might want to have your levels checked out through a complete metabolic work-up through your primary physician.  But there really is likely no major correlation to your Anus and your pinky toe.

Probably benign: Twitching in a young person such as yourself is usually benign triggered by stress/anxiety. The anus and toe are not unusual. Make sure you are getting enough calcium and potassium (yogurt, bananas:). The only concerning thing is it lasting and being "constant."  If it continues, you should see your doctor, maybe a neurologist, to test for rare neurological problems. Good wishes:)

: Slowly progressing pain is most probably due to neurological problems. It could be Fibromyalgia, Nerve impingement, or even a progressive neurological disease. Your biggest priority is to see your regular Dr who can do a complete evaluation and exam including a neurological exam and make a more concise diagnosis. He may need to refer you for testing and to a neurologist.

Call 911: "Tingling left arm &amp; hand Heavy chest Shortness of breath" is always a red flag. If you have chest pain and shortness of breath, regardless of its cause (heart burn , anxiety), visit to the ER is warranted. Do not drive, 
Call 911.

Corn: Give the Dr.Scholl's a chance. If it doesn't work see a podiatrist if it bothers you. If it doesn't leave it alone.

Salicylic acid: You can try an over the counter treatment with salicylic acid to soften the corn so it can be rubbed off.  But you can also wear proper fitting footwear and use a pumice stone as well.   If the corn does not improve after a couple of weeks see your doctor to make sure it really is a corn and not something else.

Soften: If it is a corn, then soaking your foot in warm water for 10 min or so should soften it so you can file it off. If not then see a podiatrist. Could be an early infection.

i have what i think is a hard corn on my pinky toe not totally sure, but i've had it for about 2 months and it's starting to hurt so today when i got out the shower i squeezed it and blood/puss came out.  will it heal by itself or should i see a dr?

Corn? Wart? Other?: Calluses and corns form naturally to protect areas of skin where there is repeated pressure or frequent friction. Corns and calluses are thickened dead skin material. Corns hurt when they grow bigger and start pressing into the deeper parts of the foot (especially if the corn is on the bottom of the foot). A doctor should examine the bump and see if it could be a wart, which is due to a virus.
