what is the best way to nurse an aching lower back? after lifting heavy items, tailbone area hurts when i walk for a while but goes away shortly after

Pain meds, heat pad,: Would relieve the pain/discomfort. Exercises to strengthen the back muscles would be greatly helpful. Avoiding heavy weights or gradually building up to it would help considerably.

Unclear: I can't put the two together but the dizziness could be inner ear or other circulation issues and you need to discuss it with your physician. Whether the low back is associated with that as well is hard for me to clarify. That is why you need to see your physician to get this examined.

May be soft  tissue: This may be muscular, tendon, bursa and less likely neurologic. You can discuss this with your physician.

i have an extremely painful constant dull ache in my lower back mostly on the lower right side of my back right above my buttock. i was recently diagnosed with a uti two weeks ago abc im on my second round of antibiotics. could this be uti related?

Perhaps: Might need to get an IVP of the kidneys to see that you don't have a stone, mass, or calculus.An IVP is an imaging test done in Radiology.
An infection of the urine is caused by bacteria but could also be from infectious problem higher up in the urinary tract system.
A urologist is the doctor which specializes in this area.

Not related: These symptoms are unrelated. Low back pain has a plethora of causes, the most common of which is muscular low back pain which resolves by itself. Without further details, the cause of your back pain cannot be narrowed down. Sore nipples is a question for one of my gynecology colleagues.
