Unclear: I can't put the two together but the dizziness could be inner ear or other circulation issues and you need to discuss it with your physician. Whether the low back is associated with that as well is hard for me to clarify. That is why you need to see your physician to get this examined.

TwoDifferentConditio: Your dizziness getting worse and aching pain in your back are due to two different conditions You work out and that may be contributing to your low back pain.But progressively getting worse dizziness is what I will be concerned about I suggest you make an appointment with your Primary Care Physician and get checked for both to find the cause and appropriate treatment
