Nonspecific: In this age, likely x ray technique or reader overcall. Bronchial thickening can be acute (allergic or infectious bronchitis, poss. asthma) or chronic (a component of COPD (really doubt under 30 yo)). Vessels can be prominent due to heart failure (usu. upper lung, in aged). &gt; vessels on the rt. ?pectus, AKA pigeon chest.
?prior films and mostly clinical assessment w/ Pulmonary or Internal Med.

Less blood in PA: If the is decrease blood flow into pulmonary artery pa or any of it's branches then there will be decrease pulmonary vascularity. In babies some congenital disease like atresia of pa and tetralogy of fallot can cause that , in adults pulmonary embolus or clots in pa can cause that.

Usually from CHF: Vascular congestion or pulmonary edema is usually the result of a cardiac problem call congestive heart failure (chf).  The left side of the heart can not keep up with the right, so blood stagnates in the lungs.  This causes shortness of breath, inability to lie flat, and sometimes white frothy sputum.

if adenopathy in lungs (hilar, mediastinal, aortopulomonary) doesn't resolve in 8 months time, what is next step? could an infection cause this?

Need more info: Do you have any symptoms? How was the adenopathy discovered? If you do not have any symptoms, have not lost weight, do not have fever, and the "adenopathy" has not progressed, you may wish to watch and wait.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

sir  my xray reports says tht lungs fields are congested ...can u tell me why it happens wats the major cause .......is this is due to smoking habit?

LUNG CONGESTION: Smoking causes the cells that line up all throughout your bronchial tubes to stop moving, hence causing difficulty clearing secretions that also get thicker due to sitting there longer than they have to.
So clearly the most important thing is that you quit smoking and get treated in an attempt to clear those secretions as quickly as possible.

No: Cough drops are for throat irritation that causes cough.  If you have a persistent chest cough, you need to see a doctor for a complete evaluation.

I think......: I think you definitely can recover fully from Covid19. I  also am definite there will be a group of people that will have complications that will never resolve. What we really don't know yet, and may not for a very long time, is who is in which group. Some very chronically I'll individuals may do fine, while seemingly healthy people may end up with chronic changes. We've got a lit to learn yet....
