Consult: You need to seat with your neurologist or neurosurgeon, have neurological exam and review the actual pictures together. This MRI descriptoin is not rare, and some people maybe very affected and others not really. It depends on your symptoms and how you can function during the day.

Amblyopia: Difficult to anticipate what you are asking.  The eye with the cataract will possibly develop amblyopia (incomplete development of the vision) depending on the severity of the cataract.  You may see white in the pupil of the  eye.  Glaucoma could develop.

: Most likely neurological reason for burning feet would be secondary to peripheral neuropathy, and a vitamin deficiency could be one explanation.  If there are nonspecific "white matter changes", on MRI, these could be due to smoking, migraine, micro-vascular angiopathy, prior head injury, aging, etc., but not uncommonly, an accessible interpretation is a challenge.

Women pregnant or planning to get pregnant should avoid alcohol abuse, maintain adequate nutrition, and receive prenatal cares as recommended by her obstetrician.

Birth trauma, especially if lots of head molding or a forceps delivery can injure facial nerve. There are also a couple of conditions with facial nerve involvement at birth - Dystrophia myotonica and Mobius syndrome. Treatment may be anything from nothing to Botox to surgical intervention for nerve repair.

Yes, no, possibly: Each medication has a unique molecular structure, designed to interact with specific tissues of the body in very stereotyped ways. It must nonetheless be noted that every person's unique makeup may cause them to respond in a variety of ways to different meds. TYPICALLY, there is a SMALL range of responses that MOST people exhibit, but it is possible to observe wild variation between two children.

Yes: Yes lymphangioma is a congenital condition in the sense that it is something that a baby is born with.  But it is also something that can progressively enlarge after birth.
