Congenital: It is usually the condition of genetic issue. Mostly happened on the lateral incisors and bicuspids, rarely absence of all teeth.

Not uncommon: Many people have 1 or more congenitally missing teeth. It's mother nature's way of trying to manage the fact that over eons of time our jaws are getting smaller. Give some thought to having an orthodontist help you manage space.
