You need a physical: It sounds like you need to have a physical exam with your physician. What has previously been diagnosed may now be angina pectoris, and if you are experiencing chest pain you need an urgent evaluation with your doctor and a referral for a stress test where they can evaluate the safety of your exercise regimen and evaluate and treat any exertional dyspnea. Go for a physical and get a cardiology ref

dx with infolding of arytenoids upon inhalation. worsening winded/wheezing. could  this be related to undifferentiated connective disease?

Unrelated : To my knowledge, your 3 problems (infolded arytenoids, worsening shortness of breath - assuming you have no stridor which is throat sounds on breathing, &amp; connective tissue disease) are unrelated. Keep your followup appointments, take your meds as directed, &amp; report any changes to your clinician. Also note other physicians' responses to your question: may have more experience w this than I.

Normal Not Good/Bad: Normal only means common, usual, average, not good or bad. The sound of one's laugh is a function of complex muscle coordination, vocal cords, pharynx shape during laugh, etc. The tests mentioned have little, if any, relationship to the nature of one's laugh. They are just tests commonly performed for other issues and for which 3rd party payers will often pay.

Many and varied; yes: Lyme disease can cause virtually any symptom in the world. Early lyme tends to cause non-specific flu-like symptoms & a rash. Then it tends to cause joint pains (esp. Knee pain) & fatigue. It often causes problems with memory & concentration & a variety of neurological symptoms. As it progresses it may be misdiagnosed as chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, arthritis, multiple sclerosis etc.See comment:.

Probably not: Given that you are not a smoker and that you have had it for several years, it is unlikely it is cancer, which is usually the most worrisome thing for patients. However, it is definitely worth seeing a doctor and having a chest x-ray or breathing tests.

Possibly...: ...Bronchiolitis or pneumonia typically present with tachypnea, and either can trigger an asthma attack.
